Ask most people what plumbers do, they’ll tell you they
unplug drains or fix leaks. Ask a plumber the same question, you’ll
find out that they work with contractors on remodeling projects,
perform home retrofit inspections, install and repair secondary
water meters, replace broken sewer lines and remove old galvanized
plumbing and replace it with newer copper pipes and more. Plumbers
are also great sources of information on how to save money on your
water and gas bills.
As proprietor of Eli Baer Plumbing and Drain since 1980, I’m
baffled when people only call a plumber when water won’t
leave or come into their home.
Don’t wait for a crisis to call us. We’ll inspect
your home or business checking to make certain the seismic gas
shutoff valve is working, smoke detectors are placed in every room,
the water heater is properly strapped and everything else is up
to code. We’ll even issue you a certificate showing that
you’re in compliance.
We pride ourselves on our promptness, attention to detail and
honesty. If you have a plumbing problem we’ll fix it; if
you don’t, we’ll tell you. It’s that simple.
We’re available six days a week, Sunday through Friday.
